Cystic Fibrosis Australia is the national peak body representing and supporting people living with cystic fibrosis and their families across the country. Through strong advocacy, investment in research, and leadership in clinical improvement, we work to ensure better health outcomes and quality of life for the Australian CF community.

We are now entering a transformative era in cystic fibrosis care. Breakthrough therapies that target the underlying cause of the condition are changing what is possible, offering unprecedented improvements in health and life expectancy for many people with CF.

As the landscape evolves, so too must our vision for the future. Our 2026–2030 Strategy outlines our commitment to:

• Improving access to a broad range of high-quality treatments to reduce the burden of cystic fibrosis.

• Supporting world-class clinical care, with Australian standards continuing to set international benchmarks.

• Strengthening research and innovation capacity to accelerate progress toward better treatments and future cures.
