Cystic Fibrosis Australia (CFA) has a long history of dedicated fundraisers who have set themselves a challenge to do their bit to change the world.
By choosing to fundraise for CFA, you are choosing to support research, you are choosing to help us extend life expectancy for people with cystic fibrosis (CF), and you are choosing to help us fight for access to the best and most current treatments.
You are choosing to support our researchers until CF stands for Cure Found. We need your help.
Our Community Fundraisers are everyday people, who want to make a difference.
Their goal is simple – raise awareness and raise vital funds for our cause.

How can you make a difference?
CREATE YOUR OWN FUNDRAISING EVENT
Have your own burning ideas you want to bring to life? Then why not create your own fundraising event or challenge! Some of our previous supporters have:
- Run a T20 cricket day
- Had their body waxed (ouch!)
- Had a day at the races
- Applied to their company for a one off grant
- Hosted a mocktail party
- Held a car cruise
- Held a sausage sizzle at the local Bunnings
- Put up a Christmas lights display with a donation box

Workplace Giving
Workplace giving is a simple way to regularly donate to charities or organisations that are entitled to receive tax deductible donations. Your workplace may already have something in place, or you could sell them idea! It’s simple to get started and your workplace will then make donations on your behalf from your regular pay.
