Lives unaffected by cystic fibrosis

Research Review

In 1989 the Australian Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust was founded by a group of parents, patients and doctors to secure resources to support cystic fibrosis research in Australia.

Today after funding more than 300 research projects valued at over $6 million, the Australian Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust (ACFRT) is recognised as Australia’s largest and most prolific cystic fibrosis (CF) research body.
We are delighted to have been able to launch the second Research Review and look forward to being able to continue to share the incredible research funded by the ACFRT.

We are delighted to produce the 2019-2022 Research Review highlighting the amazing research and the wonderful people who have invested their career in improving the care and treatment for people living with cystic fibrosis.
