Our services are client focused, underpinned by guiding principles and based on identified needs.
Where certain issues arise that require action on behalf of members and the CF community CFWA conducts relevant lobbying at state and local level, however joins with the national body in lobbying on federal matters. An example would be where a change in government policy which removes an entitlement previously won, requires lobbying to have the entitlement re-instated. This successfully occurred in 2003-4 in relation to the "Carers' Allowance Under 16".
