Country Outreach
Each year CFWA’s Education Officer, Physiotherapist, Nurse and Social Worker visit members who live in remote areas of Western Australia to offer support and services. If you would like specific visits for 2012 please contact our social worker Kathryn on 9346 7348 or at socialworker@cysticfibrosiswa.org as we are currently organising our 2012 calendars. We are always seeking feedback and discussion on how to improve this service so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
