This month treat the family to Mike Hussey’s tasty beef and red wine pies or Melissa Doyle’s fruit crumble and help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.

These recipes and more are included in Raising More Dough, a celebrity cookbook to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis Australia.  The book features recipes from a range of celebrities including Mike Hussey Brett Lee, Scott Draper, Bert Newton, Melissa Doyle, David Koch, Shane Lee, Livinia Nixon and Tim Cahill.   It was published by LJ Hooker as a part of its fundraising activities for Cystic Fibrosis. 

Brett Lee may have missed the World Cup due to injury, but he must have spent the time off perfecting his Apricot Chicken.  There is no French onion soup or apricot nectar to be seen in this updated recipe!
