Pindan has chosen Cystic Fibrosis Western Australia as its charity partner for the next two years.
Moved by the personal experience of a key team member, leading WA property and construction group Pindan has chosen Cystic Fibrosis Western Australia (CFWA) as its charity partner for the next two years.
The Belmont-based company will, amongst other fundraising initiatives, build and auction a charity home for CFWA.
Pindan Director of Business Development, Scott Davison, said CFWA was chosen as a show of support for the group which had helped Pindan Director of Development and Management, Nick Allingame, his wife Heather, and their six-year-old daughter Georgia who is affected by the condition.
“Nick’s family has experienced firsthand the incredible care that CFWA offers to those who are diagnosed with cystic fibrosis so, as a group, we understand that ensuring the charity’s
long-term survival is of utmost importance,” he said.
The Pindan charity home will be located at Q Central – a villa, townhouse and apartment project Pindan is designing and constructing in Queens Park, for specialist WA property funds management group Otan.
Mr Allingame said he was delighted Pindan had committed to backing the group: “It’s great to be able to help repay CFWA for the support they’ve given my family over the past six
years.”
