Pledge Deductions
A convenient and easy way for you to financially support Cystic FibrosisWA.
You nominate the:
- frequency of your donations eg monthly, quarterly etc;
- the amount you wish to donate each time; and
- the credit card from which the donation would be made.
The donation will automatically be deducted from your credit card. There is no lock-in period and the arrangement can be stopped at anytime.
Receipts will be issued at the end of each financial year ready for your tax reporting.

You can download our Donation Form and send it along with a cheque, money order, or credit card details to:

and then a receipt & thank you letter will be forwarded to you for your records.
