Newly Diagnosed Support

CFSA recognise that the period of diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis can be a very stressful time for families. There is so much new information to take in, and often in the unfamiliar environment of a hospital.

CFSA aims to provide support to individuals and families over this time to assist in understanding what the diagnosis means, and the impact that it will have. We provide a range of information, opportunities to talk and meet other parents, activities and seminars to learn, share and enjoy the new community, as well as a ‘welcome pack’.

The welcome pack is full of practical and fun things to make it easier to cope with the daily happenings of living with Cystic Fibrosis.
