Advocacy
CFSA advocates for people with CF at a range of levels.
On a community level:
- to governments and their agencies(ie working for the carers allowance, working towards a universal health care card for adults with CF)
- to hospitals for better services
On an individual level:
- to employers, education facilities and organisations for individual rights
- to hospitals on individual cases
CFSA is currently developing advocacy pathways to assist people to know their rights and to navigate through various systems that they may confront.
