Karen Haworth from the Diabetes Centre at Mater Health Services is the recipient of the 2009 Allied Health Fellowship. She will travel to North America to work with Anna Tsang at the CF Clinic at St Michaels Hospital. The invaluable knowledge and skills she will access here will continue to benefit the whole Cystic Fibrosis community.
Cystic Fibrosis Australia would like to advise Applications for the 2010 Allied Health Fellowship are now being taken. We invite all Allied Health professionals involved in the care and treatment of people with Cystic Fibrosis to apply. The award will be announced at the 8th Australasian CF Conference Dinner in Brisbane on August 31st 2009.
