Cystic Fibrosis Queensland would be very grateful if we could be granted the following wishes:

Car parking tickets for when the Support Team visits the Royal Brisbane, Prince Charles and Mater Hospitals,
Toys to suit infants through to teenagers to go in boredom buster bags,
Pre-packaged lollies, chips, movie and theme park passes also for boredom buster bags,
Magazines to suit all ages for boredom buster bags,
Vouchers for shops eg. Movies, CD's and Woolworths for boredom buster bags,

Frequent Flyer points (CFQ could always use your Frequent Flyer points for either trips that staff need to make to attend Outreach Clinics or to visit other regions. We could also use them to "buy" goods to put into our auctions)

Alternative Accommodation (When our Cottage is not available we book our clients into local motels which can cost CFQ in excess of $10,000 per year).
A fully operational, fully staffed office on the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba to support our clients and families in those regions.
Payment of the rates for either or both Rose Cottage and CFQ headquarters.
Funding to replicate information DVD for adolescents,
Demonstration puppet to be used at school talks,
Funding for our Family Support Programs: Newly Diagnosed Support, Bereavement Support, Accommodation Services, Community Networks, Mothers Respite Weekends, Sibling Activity Days, Mum's Day Out, Regional Outreach, Paediatric Clinics, Emergency Relief, Parent's Dinners, Home Visits and Advocacy.
Respiratory Equipment bags - homemade cloth bags similar to a library bag - A4 size or slightly larger.
Items that can be raffled or auctioned at our fundraising events,
Stationery Items including a letter folding machine and laminator.
Funding toward respiratory care and physiotherapy for adult CF clients,
Funding to provide massage services to adult clients in hospital,
Funding to run our support groups,
Cab Vouchers for client transfers,
Medium sized fireproof safe.
