Coffee Mornings

Parents taking time out from their normal daily routine to relax with a coffee and discuss experiences and challenges of living with a family member who has cystic fibrosis. Coffee mornings are held in Cairns, Ipswich, Toowoomba, South Brisbane, Northern New South Wales and the Sunshine Coast regularly. Sibling Activity Days - Sunshine Coast

A series of fun activitiy days are being scheduled for 2009 across all major regional areas as well as Brisbane.

Families who are associated with CFQ who have children aged 7-15 who do not have CF and think they would benefit from a day out like this, please contact the support staff at CFQ for more info.

 Mums Days Out

CFQ hold special days throughout the year for mums who have a child or children with cystic fibrosis. These days are a great chance for mums to get out and about and meet other women whom understand what it is like living day to day with a child with CF.

In 2009 CFQ will be hosting a shopping tour, in Brisbane, as one of our Mums Day Out.  This will be held on the 24th July. So start saving your pennies, further information will be available in the next year.
