Respiratory Equipment
CFQ provides some respiratory equipment to CF clients in Queensland hospitals free of charge, upon referral from a hospital physiotherapist.
CFQ may also assist with the purchase of equipment outside the free stock list, with a referral from hospital staff. Nebuliser pumps may be purchased through CFQ at a 5% discounted rate.

Rental of Nebulisers
CFQ has a stock of nebuliser pumps, including travel nebulisers, available for short-term loan. Call the Community Support Team for further information.
Oxygen
Upon referral from hospital staff, CFQ may assist with the funding of home oxygen, when it is not otherwise covered by MASS funding. Oxygen assistance incorporates all oxygen requirements including rental of equipment and oxygen refills.
CFQ has a limited supply of portable oxygen machines (Inogen and Eclipse) available for loan to CFQ clients upon referral from the hospital team, subject to availability.
