Physiotherapy Program

CFQ may offer short term assistance with home physiotherapy upon referral from the hospital CF team and subject to availability of qualified respiratory physiotherapists in the region.

CFQ may assist parents, carers or partners of people with CF with the cost of respite physio sessions in the home if the hospital CF team consider that it is necessary.

Where the hospital CF team request long-term physiotherapy support for those being assessed or waiting for lung transplant, CFQ may assist, when funds allow.
