Transfers
Where possible, CFQ staff will assist with transport to and from Brisbane Airport and Roma Street Bus and Train Station, for families and adults travelling to Brisbane to attend clinic or hospital.
CFQ also offer this service in Cairns and where possible the Support Services Officer in Cairns will transfer clients and their families to and from hospital.
Pick-ups are generally available during business hours with 24 hours notice, and are dependent on staff commitments.
CFQ offer this service in particular to assist remote and rural people but will also assist local adults and families where possible. This service is offered free of charge to people who have cystic fibrosis and their families.
