Sibling Activity Days

CFQ runs one day adventure activities free of charge, for siblings during the school holidays in major regions.

These activity days provide siblings with the opportunity to have some respite and to take part in a whole range of activities that encourage fun, adventure and leadership qualities whilst also learning individual skills in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Mothers Respite Weekends

The focus for mothers on CFQ's Mothers Respite Weekends is for the mums to have a weekend away from physiotherapy, medications and cystic fibrosis in general. Mothers are encouraged to have fun, connect with other mothers if they wish or to simply relax and unwind.
