While you may understand what it means to live each day with Australia’s most common life-threatening genetic condition – many do not!
Help CFQ foster a better awareness of the daily challenges faced by Queenslander’s living with CF by organising a CFQ Community Speaker to address your group, workplace or association.
Our CFQ representatives (family members, clients and staff) will inspire your group by sharing with them the commitment of the CF community to celebrate life and make the most of every day, plus some very easy and fun ways you can get involved with CFQ and show your support for our clients.
Our community speakers will provide basic information that includes –
- The effects of CF and how this impacts the body
- What it means to live with this disease everyday
- Some of the significant developments in CF research and lifestyle support to date
