Educational Sessions

In 2011, CFQ held a mini conference on 19th March. Approximately fifty people attended to hear a range of speakers presenting information on topics such as latest research, the importance of exercise for children, transition to adult care and fertility.

Feedback from the group was very positive with an overwhelming suggestion that the mini conference be an annual event.

Next conference is planned for 3rd March 2012. Stay tuned for more information.

Mothers Respite Weekends

The focus for mothers on CFQ's Mothers Respite Weekends is for the mums to have a weekend away from physiotherapy, medications and cystic fibrosis in general. Mothers are encouraged to have fun, connect with other mothers if they wish or to simply relax and unwind.
