To provide the education, support and services that empower people in the cystic fibrosis community to realise their full potential.
Our Strategic Objectives
1. Service Development - To review, sustain and develop all CF service delivery in the context of changing client and community demographics.
2. Broadening Revenue Base - To be financially secure by diversifying and increasing existing revenue streams, actively managing costs and continually evaluating the cost benefit and financial risks associated with each activity.
3. Alliances and Partnerships - To continue to build on strong strategic alliances and partnerships through community engagement principles.
4. Organisational Capability - To develop an organisational capability to achieve a level of service delivery that is self-sustaining.
5. Marketing and Communication - To develop a comprehensive marketing focus and marketing position, principally through implementation and evaluation of a sustainable marketing plan.
