Pedal for Life

Cystic Fibrosis Associations across Australia have come together to launch a brand new event in 2010 – Pedal for Life.

Pedal for Life is a 5 day biking adventure along the stunning backdrop of New Zealand’s Otago Central Rail Trail. 

Registrations are now open for the two adventures being held 19-23 April and 22-27 November.

To participate in Pedal for Life, you must commit to raising a minimum of AU$1500 for your local Cystic Fibrosis Association. Raising and exceeding this minimum amount is the aim and to help you we will provide you with a personal online fundraising page where you can email friends and contacts and encourage them to donate online.

The 2010 Cystic Fibrosis Queensland Ball                                                                                               

Terra Australis - Cystic Fibrosis Queensland’s 21st Annual Ball is being held on Saturday, 29 May 2010 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

In 2010 guests at this event will explore the vastness of the Australian interior – where a sunburnt land explodes with the colours of bush wildlife and fiery sunsets.  They will be taken on a journey into the wondrous beauty of Outback Australia.

OZ Rock (music legend Darryl Braithwaite) and the Aus rock (Uluru) will work together in visual and audio harmony to ensure Terra Australis is a night to remember.

Our famous live and silent auctions will feature a wide range of fantastic items ranging from holidays, artwork, jewellery and memorabilia.
