Petrina Fraccaro - Chief Executive Officer 
Director and Chief Executive Officer:
Qualifications: M Bus.IMC, Grad Dip PR, Grad Cert Bus, BA Journalism, GAICD As CEO, Petrina brings to CFQ over 25 years’ experience leading and shaping Community Services. She has a background in Marketing and Public Relations transforming businesses in both the public and private sector. As General Manager and shareholder of Community Services training college, CHARLTON BROWN, she saw the business named International Training Provider of the Year at the 2015 Australian Training Awards. She has a passion for the sector and understands the value of building robust communities. With a focus on profit for purpose, Petrina is driving Cystic Fibrosis QLD revenue streams to increase and extend its reach of service delivery to all Cystic Fibrosis Queenslanders.

     

Margaret Walker - Chair 
Director and Chair:
Qualifications: B. Comm, GAICD
Margaret Walker has recently completed her second term as non-executive Director of Defence Housing Australia. She was also Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. As well as being the Chair of CFQ she has recently been appointed a member of the Audit Committee for the Australian Institute of Marine Science. Margaret is the Queensland nominee director with Cystic Fibrosis Australia where she is also Treasurer.  With a strong and extensive background in senior finance executive roles, Margaret brings to any board strong financial, regulatory and risk management experience as well as an informed, practical approach to corporate strategy and program monitoring

     

Roland O'Regan - Company Secretary 
Director and Company Secretary:
Qualifications: LLB (Hons) 
Roland O’Regan is currently a Partner and the Head of the Commercial/Property Law and Dispute Resolution Practice at Kaden Boriss Legal. He brings to the board has a wealth of experience across a wide range of commercial matters, including structure and regulatory advice, corporate transactions, structural set-up and dissolution including complex partnerships and trusts and significant experience in litigation.

     

Suzy Munt - Treasurer

Qualifications: B. Bus (Man), B. Comm, CA
Tax and Advisory Manager - BDO
Suzy Munt has over 11 years' experience in the Chartered Accounting profession and 3 years in the Not-For-Profit sector Suzy brings taxation, commercial and strategic advice over a diverse range of clients specialising in the not for profit and family business sectors

     

Odette Wiggins - Director 
Director:
Qualifications: B Primary Education (NZ)
Odette has a background in Education and is a parent of a child with CF. She brings a sound understanding of the issues facing both people with CF and the impact this has on families and ongoing schooling.

     

Eamon Dunne - Director 
Director:
Qualifications: BA (Social Work), MA (Health Management), JP (Qual)
Community Health Assistant Director and Senior Manager - Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service
Eamon has an extensive background in health management and social work. He is well versed in Healthcare Management, Performance Improvement and Project Management
