In cooperation with the Royal Adelaide Hospital, CFSA is providing another way in which members can have their say about their treatment or admission. Your experiences – both good and bad – help us to better understand your needs and effectively liaise with the hospitals to achieve the best possible service for all people living with CF in South Australia.Comments made to CFSA are CONFIDENTIAL. We will, however, use general information gathered from this feedback to identify any common areas of concern or excellence in our liaison process.
REMEMBER – if you have a problem or concern during your admission you should report it to the CSC/Senior Ward Nurse in the first instance for immediate action as no-one can fix a problem if they don’t know about it!
