WA Seminar - Take time to save time
Take Time to Save Time
Presenter: Lucienne Tessens
Wednesday 22nd February 2012
7pm to 9.30pm
Downstairs Conference Room at the Niche
Have you ever wished for a thirty-four hour day?
Would this extra time make your life a bit easier?
We seem to have less time available to us and we feel more stressed than ever before. Time is our most valuable resource and it is not replaceable once it’s gone. Effective time management skills can really help to establish a balance in your life between family, work, health and social activities. With good time management you can have a much better quality of life and become more successful in achieving your goals.
During this workshop you will be able to:
- Have a better awareness of the value of effectively managing your time.
- Write your own clearly defined time management goals.
- Develop a system for writing personal goals for life and/or work.
- Explore techniques to minimise wasting time
- Develop an action plan to manage your time more effectively.
The seminar will also be available as a webinar. If you are unable to attend but don’t want to miss out, you will be able to log on via the internet and still participate in the session. More details will become available prior to the seminar.
