Cystic Fibrosis Australia, Cystic Fibrosis New South Wales and the Organising Committee are delighted to invite you to the The 7th Australasian Cystic Fibrosis Conference. It is to be held at the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel from 11- 14 August 2007.
The meeting is for all those with an interest in Cystic Fibrosis. The most recent information in the Cystic Fibrosis field will be presented for the lay community, all health professionals, researchers and scientists.
The invited speakers have been chosen for their expertise in specific areas of Cystic Fibrosis research and treatment. They will include both overseas and Australian speakers and will represent differing opinions. The sessions will include plenaries, symposia, workshops and poster sessions. Abstracts will be invited for oral and poster presentations. We plan to continue with the New Investigator Award and the Poster Prize and will be introducing an award for a Fellow’s presentation.
Sydney is Australia’s foremost tourist destination and is famous for its harbour, beaches, Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House and its wonderful restaurants. We look forward to seeing you in Sydney.
Hi My name is Rebekah Davison. I am nine, and I have CF. We all know that we need to do good exercise to keep our lungs healthy. My favourite exercise is Irish dancing. I started doing Irish dancing when I was 5, at the Carroll School of Irish Dance. I think it is great fun. We do lots of skipping and jumping, and it makes me work really hard.
