CFACT Clinic

The Children's CF Clinic is held regularly on level 5 at The Canberra Hospital. Patients will receive a letter outlining the appointment in the mail.

Once at the clinic it is important to record what is discussed and planned for your child's future care and treatment. Attached is a form which may assist you with this record keeping, and which coud be added to your child's personal health record.

If you would like a thumbdrive for your child's personal health record please see the clinic nurse during your next appointment at clinic.

Dates for the clinics for 2012 are as follows;

Preschoolers 2/7, 13/8 & 19/11

School aged  23/7, 24/9 & 10/12

Adolescent  30/7 & 22/10
