Sue's Chilli Baked Potato
Ingredients:
1 large new potato
1 x 400g can Stagg chilli (various flavours available)
Grated cheese
Small Tub Sour Cream
Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Turn on the oven to 220oC. Wash and scrub the potato, dry it and stab it a couple of times with a fork. Place the potato in middle of oven. Leave it for one hour. Empty half of the can of Stagg chilli into a bowl and heat in the microwave.
Remove potato from oven and place in a large bowl. Cut it open and spread it out, butter it and add salt and pepper. Place the heated Stagg chilli on top and then top with grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream
